George A. Switlyk was born on May 17, 1957. He attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey from 1975 to 1979. There, Switlyk earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Following his undergraduate career, Switlyk attended Fordham University in New York from 1979 to 1982. There, he studied Finance and received his MBA. After his academic years, George A. Switlyk moved to Palm Beach, Florida and became a member of a local real estate company that specialized in the development, construction, and management of office warehouses, strip malls, and self storage units within the cities of Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, and Stuart.

After many years in the real estate industry, in 1991 Switlyk pursued his own venture in starting All A/C Self Storage, Inc. in Palm Beach County, Florida. His first location opened in West Palm Beach in 1992. Since then, Switlyk’s company has prospered, having given birth to six locations, including one in South Miami Beach. George A. Switlyk and his company are known to be the first business to convert existing warehouses to all air conditioned storage units in the West Palm Beach area.

Since 1991, George A. Switlyk has been operating as the president of All A/C Self Storage, Inc. Under his management, the company has grown to be a leader in the self storage industry. Moreover, George A. Switlyk has turned All A/C Self Storage, Inc. into a leading business that is not only distinctive in the services it provides, but also in its originality and utilization of storage facilities. Each storage space comes fully air-conditioned and features concrete and steel construction with 10-foot high ceilings. Furthermore, over the years, Switlyk has developed an excellent sense of customer service. Each location of All A/C Self Storage provides their clients with a live help agent, 24-hour security, and requires neither a security deposit nor administrative fees. George A. Switlyk’s All A/C Self Storage business can be found in six locations throughout Florida. There are three warehouses in West Palm Beach, one in Riviera Beach, one in Lake Worth, and one in South Miami Beach.
