Kaeisha is a brooklynite at heart. Born and raised she took an academic break from ‘99 – ‘03 to obtain her BA in Women’s Studies and Economics at the University of Virginia. Not able to resist the NYC life she returned home to pursue a career in public relations. Working at both large and boutique agencies, she is now adding more to her knowledge bank at Alloy Media + Marketing in the Client Services division, helping clients obtain their objectives and also to manage their expectations. When not at work or studying because she is also a part-time grad student at NYU getting her MS in Corporate Communications and Public Relations (May 2008!) she LOVES updating her blog www.tellmekc.com with her co-founder Cindy.

Founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by African American college-trained women. The purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problem concerning girls and women, to promote a progressive interest in college life and to be of service to all mankind.
