Lauren Brewer is employed at American University as adjunct faculty and lecturer. She also is involved with Teach for America, where she is the Director of Instruction and District Strategy. When she has time left in the day, she works as an education consultant, where she helps clients rewrite their education curricula. She earned an MA at American University in 2006. Prior to that, she studied English and Government at UVA until 2004. In her free time, Laura likes to garden, cook, and listen to music.
