Mr. Mario Mariasch is currently involved with various private firms and also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Babson College Board of Overseers. He is also the President of Full Spectrum Ventures, a corporate governance educational consulting firm. Mariasch is the founder, former President and CEO of the Silicon Valley and Northern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Mario Mariasch began his career after receiving his Bachelors’ degree from Argentina’s Universidad de Buenos Aires (University of Buenos Aires). Located in the nation’s capital, Mario was able to parlay the education he received into an assistant teaching position at the school after he received his Licentiate in Business Administration and his certification to be a Public Accountant.

Mario began his corporate career in marketing with the international manufacturing firm, Unilever. Upon leaving Unilever he went on to hold leadership positions with Gillette. While at Gillette, Mario Mariasch was the President and Chairman of the Board of Gillette Espanola S.A. (Spain). Mario Mariasch was also made a member of Gillette’s European Management Committee.

Mario Mariasch entered Babson College’s rigorous Master of Business Administration program, from which he graduated with honors. His already extensive experience in the corporate sector allowed Mario to move to another Gillette company, Oral-B. While working at Oral-B Laboratories in California Mario was variously the Area Vice President, Group Vice President and Senior Vice President; during this time he was instrumental in building and managing operations in Latin America. He also managed and turned around the Canadian operation, restructured factories, negotiated acquisitions, and managed the business in Africa, Middle East, India, Russia and Eastern Europe.
