Born in Taiwan, Steve Chen immigrated with his family to the US at the age of 15. After attending the University of Illinois, he became an early employee at PayPal, the online payment processor that was subsequently bought by EBay. In 2005, he started YouTube with two of his associates from PayPal, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim Steve is serving as the CTO of YouTube, the popular online video-sharing site.
