Tyson is a fixture in the Pacific Northwest Parkour community. He’s active in both the Washington and Oregon parkour scenes, and teaches a few volunteer parkour classes at local highschools.

Inspired by the students he met through those schools, he has started a nonprofit association of traceurs (the PNWPA) devoted to promoting and teaching parkour safely while giving back to the community.

This leadership combined with his dedication to his parkour training earned him on a spot on The Tribe, a parkour and freerunning team comprised of incredible athletes from all over the US.

He also runs a traveling blog and a small video production company focusing on short films involving parkour simply called Underscore Films.
